Cancellation Policy​


You DO NOT have to show up at your scheduled time. It is your boat to enjoy for how ever long you want in your selected time slot.

We do ask that for morning time or all day rentals if you do not plan on being here by 10am that you call and let us know you are coming.

**Our insurance will not allow our non-tubing boats to tube due to safety issues.**
 
We do not allow cancellations for rain or overcast weather, the only reason we cancel is lightning due to safety issues.
*There are no refunds for early returns*

Must be born on or before January 1st, 1986 or have a boaters safety course certificate, and also must be at least 21 years of age. If you have a boaters safety course certificate must be presented at time of arrival.

Children 12 and under must wear a type 3 life jacket.

Late Rental Policy

Unless expressly given permission every 15 minutes after the agreed upon end of rental is a stacking $75 fee.

Boat Rental Cancellation Policies

14 or more days prior to reservation: $25 cancellation fee.

​

13-4 days prior to reservation: $100 cancellation fee

​

3 or less days to the reservation: $200 cancellation fee

The day of the reservation: cancellation: Cancellation or no shows will be responsible and charged from the full price of the reservation.

 *On All Day Rentals  or morning rentals if you haven't arrived by 10am or called the boat will become available for re-rental.

Nightly Slip Rental Cancellation Policies

If you cancel 14+ days out from the reservation there is no cancellation fee.

If you cancel 14-7 days out from the reservation you will owe half of the total due.

If you cancel 7 or less days from the reservation you are responsible and will be charged for the total due on the reservation.

Pet Policy

Our boats are pet friendly. There is a $25 per pet fee.
